12 Foolproof Ways to Reduce Anxiety
1. Remove many childhood memories.
2. Sleep in whenever possible.
3. Be conscious of communicatuon with family unless you had a magically stress-free childhood.
4. Do physically exhausting work or exercise.
5. Don’t drink in too much of the internet...unless what you drink in actually restores you.
6. Don’t expect your day to be easy, mentally or physically.
7. Don’t drink too much caffeine. No coffee after 2pm.
8. Don't let your child wake you up in the middle of the night.
9. Don’t think about money...unless you have to.
10. Don't think too much about yesterday...unless you're reconciling and accepting, or making some sort of peace with the past.
11. Give your time to meaningful actions and conversations. This includes making lists.
12. Don't give in or give up.
